1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products may be eligible for a return if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at  shop@exotiqaura.com
  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and order details.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

6. Exchanges

  • Exotiq Aura currently does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
